  • How much does balloon decoration cost?
    The total cost of a balloon decoration varies according to the type of designs created, its complexity, the number of balloons to be used, location and travel time among others. Our minimum required for balloon decorations is $200. We can create beautiful balloon decor for $500 but we can also do it for $1,500––it all depends on the type of designs we do.
  • I accepted the quote, what is next?"
    After the quote is accepted, an invoice will be emailed for payment, then arrange the deposit payment & accept service agreement.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes. To secure our services at your event a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total price is due. Must book 1 month prior to the event. A 100% deposit will be required when bookings are made 7-14 days in advance.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    Yes, Oki Creations' minimum order for balloon decor is $200 plus setup/delivery fee.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    Cancellation fee is 25% of total price quoted. Notify Oki Creations at your soonest.
  • When will you install my event decor?
    This will depend on date/time of event and venue availability. When possible, we like to install decor the day before the event.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service Stafford, Fredericksburg, Woodbridge & Spotsylvania Counties.
  • How long do your balloons last?
    The air-filled balloons last some days, even a few weeks (if not left outside).
  • My event is this week, can you help?"
    I will try, in case I can, I can’t guarantee my availability in terms of time or equipment for your event. We require at least two weeks advance booking for all events. If I can help, a 100% deposit is required and a short notice booking fee.
  • How long does the setup take?
    Most of the designs can be set up in 2-3 hours.
  • Is outdoor balloon work guaranteed?
    No, not all balloon designs can be used outside, more specifically not helium filled balloons. We are able to offer you a recommendation for outdoor decoration but can’t guarantee outdoor work.
  • Is there an additional fee for delivery and tear down?
    Yes, both require additional travel time and working hours. Delivery fee depends on the location of the event. A strike charge is when we return to remove equipment and decor––this isn’t required for all decor. Please annotate in the comments section when booking your decor if teardown is needed. We do not teardown after 8pm, you’ll need to confirm with the venue that we have access the following day and if the items can be left overnight.
